Statement of Faith

1. We believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; on the third day he rose again, he ascended into heaven, is seated at the right hand of the Father, and will come again to judge the living and the dead.

4. We believe that salvation comes through faith in Jesus alone.

5. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, living, active, and authoritative Word of God.

6. We believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

7. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

8. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
